Our electrical design office works every day to offer high-quality products that are accessible to all maintenance companies. We rigorously oversee the design of electronic and electrical boards and schematics.
This department is proficient in both 2D and 3D software and is capable of designing turnkey mechanical assemblies to facilitate installation. The team is also skilled in the specific software used by our suppliers, enabling the precise definition of lift machinery.
A high-performing team assembles, wires, and validates all products sold on a daily basis. These tasks are supported by a range of modern equipment, ensuring consistently high-quality workmanship.
Our store’s organization is optimized to the highest level, thanks to the support of a reliable ERP system (stock management, barcode referencing, etc.).
A team of three qualified professionals responds to all technical requests. A dedicated system has been implemented to improve call traceability and maintain a clear history of faults. Technicians can also visit sites to ensure the reliability of installations.
This service develops tutorials dedicated to assisting with the commissioning of lifts. The team can also provide additional support during training courses, either at our center or directly at the customer’s premises.
Highly qualified technical and commercial staff are available to understand your requirements and needs. They can also visit your premises to carry out on-site surveys and propose the most suitable solutions.
SPRINTE participates in and leads meetings within working groups at the Fédération des Ascenseurs (Elevator Federation) and AFNOR. These activities allow us to gather feedback and, above all, to play a leading role in the development of regulations and safety standards.
